Ok, so this smoothie isn't really anything that special, but it's so pretty! I used fresh raspberries from my parents' garden, 1 banana, and some almond milk, if I remember right.
You could use cow's milk if you want, but the reason I don't is because it's not raw (unless you can buy it unpasteurized), and because almonds are much more nutritious than dairy. Also, drinking milk makes my stomach gurgle, but that's just me :)
