Ok, so I'm posting a "before picture" of me on here...as butt ugly as it is. It's very small for good reason. I guess people are supposed to look really bad in their before pictures, and then the after is a sexy bikini shot :P. I am also posting my measurements so that I can document my progress more accurately, and not rely on just weight change. I think this will also give me some sense of accountability...to myself, and to maybe the 2 other people who read this blog :P. I will post a new pic and new measurements near the first of each month following, until I get down to my ideal.

Ankle: 9 1/2
